1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Certain items may be non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee (see Section 3 for details).

For digital products:

  • Refunds for digital goods will only be granted if the product is defective or not delivered correctly.

4. Fees & Restocking Charges
